First Aids for Heart Attack

• ·         Call ambulance
• ·         Give pressure on chest
• ·         Take care that person never move or walk
• ·         Cut down body temperature
• ·         Loss tight clothes

First Aids for stroke

• ·         Never give any medicine without any direction
• ·         If person is not breathing then provide his / her CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).
• ·         If person does not unconscious then lay down patient on their side with their head lift.
